Effective Team Building

Team working is no longer an option.

Organisations need to use the power of teams to promote improved performance. This workshop addresses how your organisation can approach teamwork.

The process allows participants to review in a practical and enjoyable way that they can improve to meet their business challenges. The workshop is highly participative and delegates are encouraged to take an active role throughout.

The workshop asks if there are alternatives to team work and gives some examples of success through effective groups rather than teams.

Ideal candidates for the day will be team members / managers or others who wish to gain or update their skills in team building.
