Effective Projects
Being able to run an effective project is critical in today's
working environment. Every member of your team will be called
to participate, run, control or administer a project on a
regular basis.
Most projects even when successful leave a feeling of discontent
with all stakeholders that the project could have been run
more effectively. Participants are encouraged to openly review
successful and not so successful projects for common themes.
Creativity normally a source of additional costs is encouraged
within the discipline of budget and schedules. The bewildering
technical and software terms of project control are explained
simply. Participants will leave with a simple model that allows
small and large projects to be successful.
Ideal candidates for the day will be new project managers
/ members or others who wish to gain or update their skills
in project management.
